City Impact: Spring Break Missions Trip

Students Ministries Spring Break Mission Trip to SF City Impact
April 10-14, 2017 at SF City Impact in San Francisco

Each year our students head out to SF City Impact (click HERE to find out more about SF City Impact) for their Spring Break to serve the poor and marginalized in the Tenderloin District. This trip is open to all Middle School and High School students who have a heart to serve.

After a short bus ride, we begin with a half day orientation to the ministry and also to the Tenderloin, and then four intensive days of hands-on ministry in various departments, teaching from missions leaders, worship, and interaction. We return Friday afternoon.

The work projects include very tangible acts of love and kindness such as feeding the hungry (rescue mission, meal deliveries), empowering the community (church, clinic, thrift store), educating the children (school), planting churches (adopt a building), and making disciples.

This is an eye-opening experience for students who come in, develop a burden for the lost and broken, get trained up in the word and in ministry, grow in courage and boldness, and go back to their hometown and to the world with passion and love to transform it for Jesus by His Spirit.

Our informational meeting is on December 10th from 8:00-8:45pm @ the Block. We encourage parents to come to this first meeting. At this first meeting we will go over trip details including cost and fundraising, what we will be doing all week, and how this will be an unforgettable experience for your student. Email if you have any questions.
