Guys Only

The purpose of our Guy’s Groups is connection.  Parents want their kids to connect at church – connect with other boys their age who are learning to walk with Christ, connect with Christian adults who can offer encouragement, accountability and support, and most importantly, connect with God.

The Middle School years are a roller coaster ride and our Guy’s Groups provide the framework to help boys grow into godly young men.

Here’s a snapshot of the Guy’s program…

Guy’s Groups meet twice a month with their leader for a Bible Study at the home of one of the students for an hour to an hour and a half  (each group decides a day and time that works best for the majority). Groups are encouraged to learn to read the Bible, discuss relevant topics, and memorize God’s word.

The groups are based on their table group at MSM (our weekly large group program on Saturday nights).  This gives boys the potential for 6+ times per month to connect with their leader and friends, which forms and strengthens those key relationships which really create the fertile ground for a growing connection to God.
